The Barktenders Competition Class

A competitive barbecue introductory course, based on the KCBS rules, planned in collaboration with the organizers of the Talliya Master Series in Hungary. The course has a demonstrative nature, showing trimming, injection, rubbing and cooking of the four KCBS categories and will also include topics related to right strategy in competition, team organization, identification of the flavor profile and method to improve the performance starting from reading the score sheet.
