Campfire Lodge 2018

Campfire Lodge is the first and only barbecue holiday. An ancient village restored in Monferrato will host a unique event in which a whole weekend will be dedicated to cooking on the grill: three days in which every single meal or gastronomic appointment from breakfast to grilled fruit with grappa before going to sleep, it will be realized through a barbecue device. You will have the right to actively participate in the creation of recipes enriching your technical skills at our side in relation to specific techniques such as cold smoking, get familiar with unusual tools such as Cabinets or Kamado, or simply enjoy all this while exploiting at the same time the different attractions of Cascina Langa, from the nearby chestnut and hazelnut woods, to the numerous beekeepers, artisan dairies and wineries within walking distance, to the close beautiful villages, such as Denice or Roccaverano.
