Barbecue Participative Class – Level 2
Within the Barktenders Meat America cycle, designed to deepen the many facets of American meat culture and its expressions, this course aims to make participants discover the less known dishes that have made the history of streetfood stars and stripes.
The course participants will have the opportunity to face the grid in person
- The Lobster Roll from Maine
- New York Bagel with mustard and apple smoked ham
- Jucy Lucy, the famous Hamburger stuffed with cheese
- Waffel with cream
The subscription to the participatory course entitles you to take advantage of a dedicated working post, through which you can realize the menu’s dishes. Each participant will receive a final certificate of participation.
The course gives the right to withdraw up to a week before the event, and to the recognition of a 50% fee up to three days to the event. The course is subject to confirmation upon reaching a quota of 10 participants.
