justify;\"><span title=\"Una competizione Barbecue si basa sulla capacit\u00e0 dei team coinvolti, di consegnare al giusto grado di cottura e perfettamente impiattati, a distanza di 30 minuti l'una dall'altra le quattro categorie classiche del barbecue americano (Chicken, Ribs, Pork e Brisket),\">A Barbecue competition is based on the ability of the teams involved, to deliver at the right doneness and perfectly dished out, at 30-minute distance from each other, the four classic categories of the American BBQ (<strong>Chicken<\/strong>, <strong>Ribs<\/strong>, <strong>Pork<\/strong> and <strong>Brisket<\/strong>) <\/span><span title=\"alcune delle quali richiedono fino a 24 ore di preparazione.\">some of which require up to 24 hours of preparation. <\/span><span title=\"In alcune gare \u00e8 possibile che alle 4 categorie obbligatorie, ne vengano aggiunte altre, solitamente a carattere locale, che comunque non influiscono sulla classifica finale.\">In some races it is possible that the four mandatory categories, will be joined by other ones, usually local, not influencing the final ranking. <\/span><span title=\"Ad una gara barbecue accedono solitamente da 20 fino ad anche 100 squadre, per le competizioni pi\u00f9 importanti.\">Usually a barbecue competition is attended by 20 to even 100 teams, for the most important ones. <\/span><span title=\"Al momento della premiazione, il nome delle migliori 10 squadre per ciascuna categoria e per la classifica finale (Overall) viene menzionato dal palco, ricevendo le cosiddette Call, i migliori 5 vengono invitati sul palco per ritirare un premio, le cosiddette Walk, mentre il\">At the awards ceremony, the name of the best 10 teams in each category and in the final ranking (<strong>Overall<\/strong>) is mentioned from the stage, receiving the so-called <strong>Call<\/strong>, the best 5 are invited on stage to receive an award, the so-called <strong>Walk<\/strong>, while the <\/span><span title=\"primo
